First Timers
- Bring a positive attitude. Be prepared to sweat & have a great time.
- Please arrive 20 minutes before the beginning of class.
- Don't eat 2-3 hours before class.
- Drink lots of water before class.
What do I wear
Wear something comfortable and light. We recommend wearing fitted workout clothes with no shoes or socks.
Please avoid wearing sweats, long pants, and heavy t-shirts.
What do I bring
- Large towel
- Yoga mat
- Large bottle of water
Towels, mats, and water are available for rent or purchase at our studio.
Finding Your Spot
Experienced students in front & new students in the middle or back.
Please find a spot where you can see your body in the mirror.
Yoga etiquette
- Turn off cell phones and pagers, and leave them in the lobby area.
- It's a silent class. Please refrain from talking in the classroom.
- Please be fragrance {perfume or cologne} free.
- No gum or food items are allowed in the yoga room.
- Do your best to stay in the room for the entire class. If you must leave, please do so between postures.
- It's a silent class. Please refrain from talking until the final breathing exercise (savasana) is finished.
- Focus on only yourself in the mirror and practice stillness between postures.

In the beginning you might feel NAUSEUS or DIZZY - PERFECTLY NORMAL. Remember to drink lots of water after class and try to take a second class within the same 24 hours to help cleanse your body and relieve muscle aches.
Heat = Perspiration = Detox:
The heat helps to warm your muscles so you can reshape your body. It also helps to thin your blood which increases the blood circulation. Improved blood circulation = More oxygen to the entire body = Improved health.
